Kyle Graham was second in the 200 meters in 23.11 seconds. Jarren Guy won the 3,200 meter run in 9:39.61. The 400 relay team was first in 44.17 seconds and the 800 relay in 1:32.82.
Lansing Catholic scored 90 points to take second the recent Division 3 regional track and field meet at Ithaca. Russell was first in 51.69 seconds in the 400 meters. Jeffery Lorencen was first in the 800 meters in 2:01.38. Keenan Rebera won the 1,600 meters in 4:25.73. The 3,200 relay team was first in 8:11.23. The 1,600 meter relay team was first in 3:34.59.
Laingsburg’s boys track team scored 92 points to win the recent Division 3 regional track and field meet at Ithaca. Nick Brown was second in the 400 meters at 53.4 seconds. Kolmarge Harris won the 110 hurdles in 16.00 seconds and the 300-meter hurdles in 42.59. Michael Schauer won the discus at 166-5. Adam Wickham won the high jump at 6-1. Cole Franks won the long jump in 21-2.
Eaton Rapids scored 53.5 points to take fourth at the Division 2 regional at Mason boys track and field action recently. James Cruz took second in the 200 meters at 23.51. Nathan Flancher was second in the 400 meters at 53.33. Eaton Rapids won the 400 relay in 44.71 seconds. Alex Fast won the pole vault in 14-6.
Charlotte scored 69 points to take second at the Division 2 regional at Mason in boys track and field action recently. Sy Barnett won the high jump in 6-4.
Mason scored 108.5 points to win the Division 2 regional at Mason in boys track and field action recently. Nathan Jones, Mason VanDyke and Paul Pioszak were one-two-three in the 800 meters. Derek Troxwell won the 300 hurdles in 40.00 seconds. The 3,200 relay team won in 8:06.39.
Greenville’s girls soccer team lost 8-0 to Northview last week in girls soccer action. Danata Paulino had 16 saves as Greenville’s keeper.
Greenville’s baseball team lost 11-6 to Forest Hills Eastern on Thursday. Kolton Dunham had three hits for Greenville. Calvin Syrala took the loss.
Lakeview split a doubleheader with Hesperia last week, losing the opener 11-1 and taking the nightcap 7-6. Garrett Cavendish had four hits in the twinbill. Lakeview is 8-12.
Carson City-Crystal’s baseball team swept Fulton 12-4 and 10-2 last week. Jeremey Schneider and Arron Haines were winning pitchers. Dallas O’Green and Chris Krukowski had two hits in the first game and Garner Cusack three in the second game.
