Chippewa Hills defeated Tri County 15-4 in the district finals for the Division 2 softball title on Saturday. Cassidy Johnson was the winning pitcher in both games. Olivia Wolfe had three hits in the first game.
St. Charles scored four points for 17th place at the recent Division 3 regional track and field meet at Ithaca. T.J. Ostrander was seventh in the 1,600 meters in 4:53.92.
Ithaca’s boys track team scored 11.5 points for 14th place at the recent Division 3 regional track and field meet at Ithaca. Kobe Lee was fifth in the pole vault at 10-9.
Carson City-Crystal’s boys track team scored 17 points for 13th place at the recent Division 3 regional track and field meet at Ithaca. Kolton Kavangh was sixth at 5-9 in the high jump.
Dansville’s boys scored 18 points for 12th place at the recent Division 3 regional track and field meet at Ithaca. Marc Stid won the shot put at 53-5 ½.
Perry scored 33 points to take ninth place at the recent Division 3 regional track and field meet at Ithaca. Ian Nemeth was third in the pole vault at 11-9.
Bath’s boys track team posted 37.5 points to take eighth place at the recent Division 3 regional track and field meet at Ithaca. Chase Seeyle was third and Cooper Spaulding fourth, both at 5-11.
Chesaning’s boys track team scored 51.5 points to take sixth place at the recent Division 3 regional track and field meet at Ithaca. Bryan Moore was third in the 200 meters in 23.45.
Pewamo-Westphalia’s boys track team scored 61 points to take fourth at the recent Division 3 regional track and field meet at Ithaca. Caleb Barker was fourth in the 1,600 meters in 4:46.29.
