It was Meridian 60 and Beal City 50 for the Division 4 district title on Friday.
Sawyer Moloy had 27 points, six, rebounds, three assists, three steals and two blocks for Meridian. Dane Plichta had 13 points and five steals. Nick Metzger had 13 points, six rebounds and three assists.
For Beal City, Wade Wilson had 12 points, Brayden Haynes 11 points and Cade Block nine.
Meridian (15-6) led Beal City (16-6) 28-12 at halftime.
Meridian plays McBain on Monday in the regional.
