Chad Pratt threw a shutout to lead Ithaca varsity Yellow Jackets past Vestaburg 10-0 on Thursday. Ithaca secured the victory thanks to six runs in the fifth inning. White, Thrush, Pratt and Conn each had RBIs in the frame.
White had a home run. Ithaca racked up eight hits. Hull and Pratt each had multiple hits for Ithaca. Pratt and Hull each collected two hits to lead the Ifhaca varsity which stole eight bases. Hull had three stolen bases.
Palmer had two hits for Vestaburg.
Ithaca won the second game 9-6.
Peska ked Ithaca with two hits. Halliwill had two hits for Vestaburg.
