MLS defeated SASA 58-35 in a non conference contest on Thursday night. SASA only trailed 13-7 after one quarter of play but the Cardinals outscored the Dragons to stretch their lead to 19 at the half. MLS used a balance scoring attack to pull away. SASA was led by Ja’Marien Taylor-Jones who led all scorers with 18. MLS was led by Drew Reif with 14 points. Jack VanLue also had 12 points, while Tobias Edgett chipped in with 9 points, 11 rebounds, 4 steals, and 5 steals. MLS plays Nouvel on Saturday at home.
