Saginaw Michigan Lutheran Seminary won a hard fought battle on Thursday night 48-44 over Millington.  Both teams got off to a slow start.  Millington was up 16-11 at the half.  Neither of the team could get much going offensively.  MLS outscored Millington 16-8 in the third to take a 27-24 lead into the fourth.  MLS was able to stretch the lead to six but Millington cut the lead to two with five seconds to play.  MLS was fouled on the inbounds and hit two free throws to put the game away.  This was a tense game and it came down to the wire.  Millington’s Kaden Wisenbach led all scorers with 24 points.  Eli Slangor topped MLS with 14 points and 4 stls and Lukas LaGalo added 9 pts.
