Key Moment – Matt Bauer; Jacob Shelagowski earned his first start on the varsity level tonight and didn’t disappoint by registering a double double and scoring 19 points to the lead the team. I’ve been seeing this kind of play in practice on a daily basis. He’s an athletic kid with a high motor. It’s been difficult to get him into the starting line-up with two returning starters occupying the inside positions. We just decided to play even bigger tonight by moving our PF to the wing. It paid off as our inside guys played really big tonight. I thought the Miller brothers really gave us a spark off of the bench tonight combining for 11 points and good steady play.
