The Montabella Varsity Girls Basketball team kicked off their second game of the season with a win against Ashley. Two quick buckets from BraLynn Clark, and one from Mya Scott put the Mustangs up 6-0 to start the game, and by the end of the first quarter they had held their opponents to just one point. The Mustangs played a cleaner second half with minimal turnovers, and less fouls, leading to a 31-12 win over the Bears. BraLynn Clark and Mya Scott contributed 12 points a piece, and each went 100% from the free throw line, and Julie Spohn pulled down 9 boards on the night.
