Moving on to the first peterson game, the Eagles struggled throughout the game making their spares, losing to Alma 453 to 652. Kimberly Wilson from Alma bowled a high game of 215. The Eagles did better the second peterson game coming back with a 534. It was not enough to beat Alma who rolled a 609 their second game. Katie Deal led the Eagles with a personal high game of 131. Other high games included Jozie Felske with a 129 game and Hannah Brown with a 122 game. The final score for the match was Frankenmuth 6-1/2 points to Alma’s 23-1/2 points.

“I was happy to see the improvements in the girls second peterson game converting more of their spares,” Frankenmuth Joseph Jacobs said. “Bowling is a spare game. The scores will continue to improve just by making a few more of their spares.”

The Eagles will take on the Freeland Falcons next Saturday, February 13th at Valley Lanes in Midland starting at 8:00 am.
