Coach Matt Bauer: “Tonight we finished the regular season by playing St. Charles and then we open tournament play by matching up against them again next Monday. Tonight, however, was all about this game and trying to earn at least a share of the conference championship with Carrollton. I’m so proud of these boys for getting that job done. Our lone loss came in game No. 7. We had to be perfect for the final 13 games to make that happen and we were. We’ll celebrate this and then we turn our attention to advancing in the tournament.”
