It was Hemlock 58, Bullock Creek 38 in Tuesday boys basketball action. Hemlock was up 31-22 at halftime. Hemlock has a 15-1 overall record. Jayden Evans had 15 points for Hemlock, followed by Nolan Finkbeiner with 14 and Brady Devereux with 10. Devereaux had 15 rebounds while Mickey Zolinski and Brayden Green had six and Jayden Evans five. Nolan Finkbeiner had four assists and three steals. Brady Devereaux had four blocks. Keygan Toliver had 10 points for Bullock Creek while Keygan Toliver had 10 and Ryan Sieffert nine.
Hemlock coach Matt Bauer: “When Brady Devereaux plays like he did tonight, we’re a tough team to beat. He had a double double with 10 points and 15 rebounds and four blocks. Jayden and Nolan have been very consistent but we got contributions from a lot of guys tonight.”
