Comments Brooke Faber scored 9 points in the 1st quarter to help the Redwings take an 11-10 lead going into the 2nd quarter. St. Johns started the 2nd quarter on a 6 – 2 run to stretch their lead to 17 – 12. The Redwings were able to maintain their lead through the quarter and ended the half up 21-17. St. Johns stretched the lead to 11 in the third quarter, 31 – 20 and continued to control the game. Both teams played even throughout the 4th quarter and Lexi Martens helped seal the victory as she made 5 of 6 free throws to end the game.
