Top returnees

Rachelle Kowalski – 4 year senior – sprinter & pole vault. I am excited to see what Rachelle is able to accomplish this season. She has put in a lot of work this off season, both in strength training and pole vault.

Cornelia Gotaas – 2 year senior – mid distance/distance. Cornelia brought a lot of talent to our mid distance group last season. She is a member of both mid distance relays.

Paige Seeley – 3 year junior – mid distance. Paige had a lot of growth last season. She qualified for the state meet in both mid distance relays as well as the 800. She has a lot talent and backs it up with hard work.

Sophie Patrick – 4 year senior – throws

Sophie has consistently been an athlete that we have depended on for major points in both the shot and disc. I am excited to see what she is able to accomplish this season.

“We have a lot of returning athletes in our mid distance group. Our sprinters are very young and we will be looking to them to step up and take on some major roles this year. We have set in place a culture that builds around hard work and determination.”

“A major strength of our team will come from our mid distance group and throwers. Our sprint crew has a lot of potential. They are young so we are excited to see what they are going to accomplish this year.
