Freeland’s hopes of a Division 3 girls soccer title fell short with 2-1 loss to Flint Powers Catholic in the Division 3 girls soccer game on June 16 in Williamston. The only goal for Freeland was scored by Molly Hemgesberg, assisted by Mackenzie Stroebel. Freeland’s soccer season ended at 23-1-3.
