Bay City Western’s softball team clinched the Saginaw Valley League championship earlier this month and wrapped up the league season with a 4-1 and 7-2 sweep over Bay City John Glenn on Thursday. Adaline Ziehmer pitched a complete game three-hitter in game one. Megan Mann had two hits. Tauri Hintz took the win in the second game. Karlie David had four hits. BCW is 27-3.
