Alma wrestling won the 24 team, TVC championships Saturday for the first time ever.

“I am so proud of my kids and our wrestling family at Alma High School,” Coach Randy Miniard said. “Congrats and thanks to all who had a part. I thought we were a year away but the time is now! Every wrestler competed hard today, only two wrestlers were held winless. A total team effort!

Look out, my Panthers are on the prowl.”

Eleven of Alma’s 13 wrestlers scored to win title.
