Vicksburg’s softball season came to an end with a 2-0 loss to Richmond in the Division 2 state title game. Avery Slancik had a walk and was the only runner for Vicksburg. Slancik also pitched seven innings and allowed two runs on six hits. She walked none and fanned eight batters.
