Big Rapids (24-2) is making its first trip to the state semifinals and will play Stevensville Lakeshore on Friday at the MSU Breslin Center. The Cardinals, led by Ryan Mackall with nine points and 10 rebounds, defeated Essexville-Garber in the Class B quarterfinal round on Tuesday.
