Shepherd won its first wrestling district since 2010 with a 45-27 victory over Clare in the district finals on Thursday.
Heavyweight Jacob Spickerman got a 4-2 overtime win for his team. Brandon Robinson and his brother Trevor Robinson both got pins. Noah Crispin, Kaleb Martinez and Skyler Neyome also notched pins.
