Outlook: The Pirates welcome back a number of key players from a team that reached the playoffs for a second-straight season. The Pirates return all-conference quarterback Jake Litwiller (6-2, 210) who has good speed and is a talented playmaker on both sides of the line. Senior running back Colton Antes also earned honorable-mention, all-conference honors and keys the running game. Senior Mason Fitzpatrick is another returning honorable-mention, all-conference player. Senior Christian Gunderson (6-4, 175) will see action at tight end and defensive end. Middleton-Fulton also has a solid group of linemen including senior Jayvin Wolfe (6-3, 240) and juniors Paul Smith (6-1, 212) and Adam Wiles (6-0, 210). The Pirates have enough talent on hand to make another run at the playoffs and should feature a solid ground game.
