Saginaw Swan Valley improved to 40-1 with a 38-35 win over Grand Rapids Catholic Central Friday in the Division 3 state quarterfinals at Kellogg Arena. Winners for Swan Valley were Matt Santos, Collin Cole, Gerad Bott, Sam McLean, Ty Taylor, Gavin Evans, Nick Powowarski and Jose Hernandez.
