Preview: Salem started out strong and expects to have an improved season.

Grand Haven coach Pat Mitchell expects his team to be a state finalist.

Davison was 12-0 last year and state champion.

For Heritage, Taylor Hare qualified for the state finals last year, and coach Scott Hare expects the team to qualify for the state meet.

Preview:  It’s a wide open season, with Swan Valley, Birch Run, Ovid-Elsie, and Big Rapids hoping to return to the state finals.
