Central Montcalm defeated Reed City 25-6, 25-16 and Ithaca 25-20, 25-22 but lost to Ionia 16-25, 25-20, 16-14 in volleyball action last week. The Hornets are 12-12-3. Kenzie Rutz had five aces, Hannah Hollenbeck 16 kills, Samantha Nichols seven blocks and Paiton Bartz 38 digs.
