DeWitt defeated Fruitport 40-6 to close the regular season Friday at 9-0. Will Nagel was 8-of-24 in passing for 97 yards and two touchdowns for DeWitt. Mason Bennett and James Ross caught touchdown passes. Ben Henritz gained 103 yards on 16 carries. Nagel had 17 carries for 59 yards.
