Frankenmuth opened its football season on Thursday with a 34-14 victory over Hemlock in the season opener for both teams. Frankenmuth was up 28-8 after three quarters. Jack Tagget rushed for 85 yards while Jack Veitenbruger gained 62 yards and Cam West had 59 yards.
