Brian Bowen of Saginaw Arthur Hill and Marquavian Stephens of Swartz Creek have been named to the boys basketball Class A all-state honorable mention list by the Associated Press. Bowen, a freshman, scored 13 points against Saginaw. Stephens had 29 points and 11 rebounds in a win over Lapeer East.
