Maddie Shurlow netted a 3-pointer at the buzzer to lift the Lakeview Wildcats to a dramatic 36-33 victory over Montabella on Saturday in a game played at The Palace of Auburn Hills.
Montabella was up 15-12 after the first quarter but it was tied 20-20 at halftime. Lakeview led 28-25 after the third quarter and outscored Montabella 8-6 in the fourth.
Shurlow had seven points for Lakeview. Sadie Massie scored 12 points and Lauren Jaquays had six points.
Lakeview is 4-2.
