Cedar Springs’ wrestling team won 58-12 over Grand Rapids West Catholic on Wednesday.

Logan McGahan opened the match with a pin in 4:49 over Jared Sironen at 189 pounds.

Theodore Edwards at 215 and Patrick DePizzo at 285 took forfeits. The visitors got a 12-0 decision at 112 by Jordan Ringler and a pin in 1:15 at 119 for Robbie Peckham.

Patrick Fliearman won by forfeit at 125 and at 130 when Baron Lenardson pinned Hunter Pincomb in 48 seconds for a 40-0 lead.

Jessie Empie gave Cedar Springs six more with a pin in 2:29 at 140 over Quin Cowen.

Cedar Springs ended the match with 12 straight points on a pin for Michael Shellito at 160.

Cedar Springs is 4-3 overall and 1-0 in the conference.
