A fine volleyball season is over for New Lothrop following a tough loss to Hemlock in Tuesday’s semifinal regional round. New Lothrop won the first game 25-17 but lost the next three 26-24, 27-25, 25-21.
The season ends for New Lothrop at 44-14-5.
Leading the Hornets were Chaise Henige with 12 digs, Aubree Mantel with three aces, 15 kills, three blocks and eight digs; Morgan Rombach with six aces, 19 kills, five blocks and five digs; Autumn Severn with four aces, 45 assists, one block and five digs; Emily Severn with 12 kills, one block and 11 digs and Emily Streng with 13 digs.
