Rachel Weber was sixth in 18:55.7 and Megan Heft 20th in 19:33.2 to lead the attack for Hopkins in the Division 3 state cross country meet on Saturday at Michigan International Speedway. Hopkins was fourth as a team.
The top 30 runners earn all-state status.
Kennedy Miedema was 38th in 20:25.7, Taryn Kilbane ninth in 20:58.4 and Rebecca McKenzie 86th in 21:09.1. Sammy Miedema was 136th and Samantha Ludlam 137th in 22:19.4 and 22:22.
