Clare’s cross country team was second in its division for girls runners at Saturday’s Chippewa Hills Warrior Invitational.
Pine River had 28 points while Clare posted 35 and Harrison had 70.
Lindsay Winter of Clare was third in 22:21.9 while teammates Jordyn Bradley was 30th in 23:14.20, Sarah Ray 52nd in 24:05.7, Makenzie Harmon 10th in 24:19.09, Amanda Yats 12th in 24:27.97, Sam Gray 13th in 24:27.97, Ashley Boulis 14th in 24:29.38 and Olivia Walworth 15th in 24:30.37.
The Clare boys had one runner competing with Mike Wertheimer who was 71st overall and 15th in his division in 20:18.44.
