One week after getting its biggest scare of the season the Beal City Aggies went back to business to improve to 8-0 with a 48-6 victory over McBain Friday night.
Beal City was up 14-0 after the first quarter, 35-0 at halftime and 42-0 after three quarters. Both teams had six points in the fourth.
Ty Rollin had a 4-yard run and Hayden Huber a 4-yard run for touchdowns in the first quarter.
In the second quarter it was runs of 48, 20 and 18 yards from Luke Farrell, Huber and Rollin. In the third quarter, Rollin had a 25-yard touchdown scamper while Alex Schafer had a 6-yard run. Zachary Stephan had a 3-yard run in the fourth.
Kurt Gross had two pass completions for 46 yards while Ryan Tilman and Alex Schafer had one catch apiece for 26 and 20 yards. Hayden Huber rushed 11 times for 135 yards while Rollin had nine rushes for 117 yards and Alex Schaffer five carries for 65 yards and a touchdown. Huber and Rollin had two touchdowns each.
Beal City beat Lake City 42-35 in overtime last week.
