REMUS – Jacob Tarbell scored 15 points and Peter Lewandowski added 11 for Chippewa Hills but it wasn’t enough in a 73-46 Central State Activities Association loss Thursday night to Reed City.
Lewandowski had five points for the Warrriors in the third quarter, but it was 59-38, Coyotes, going into the fourth.
The Warriors tried to make a run at the lead in the fourth but were stymied when at 6:26, Tarbell drew his fifth foul.
Chip Hills handled the press well against first place Big Rapids earlier in the week but not against Reed City.
Chippewa Hills is 3-4.
