After opening the season with two straight losses the Saginaw Heritage girls basketball team has bounced back with two consecutive victories including wins over Saginaw Arthur Hill and Bay City Western.
Against Arthur Hill, Heritage jumped out a to commanding 13-5 first quarter lead and never looked back winning the game 54-40. Jayde Abenth led the way for Heritage with 18 points and sophomore Allie Miller chipped in 15.
Next up for Heritage is a Dec. 13 showdown with Saginaw High.
