The Carrollton girls basketball team suffered its first loss of the season Dec 6 when it dropped a 60-48 decision to Howell.
Howell’s Amanda Jensin poured in a game-high 26 points. She was the only Howell player in double figures.
For Carrollton, Beverly Wallace scored 12 points and Anna Vaiz had 11 points in the loss.
The Cavailers are back in action Dec. 11 when the host St. Charles.
