Ithaca is now 10-0 after opening the playoffs Friday with a 42-14 victory in Division 6 playoff action over Calvin Christian.
It was 21-7 at halftime and Ithaca scored 21 unanswered points in the third quarter.
Travis Smith had another big day with 12 of 19 in passing for 219 yards and four touchdowns.
On the ground, Bryan Shaw gained 73 yards on 12 carries while Jared Evers had 54 yards on eight attempts.
Caden Cipp caught five passes for 101 yards and Evers brought in three receptions for 65 yards.
The defense was led by Tyler Gibson with 10 tackles.
Ithaca has won 38 straight games and plays Hemlock in the next round.
