Winning close games has been key the Bath’s success during the first half of the high school football season.

Through five games, the Bees have a 3-2 overall record and 2-2 record in the CMAC. Key to Bath’s success has been there play in close games. In the season opener against Grand Rapids NorthPointe Christian, the Bees rallied for a 28-27 victory. The next week Bath opened conference play with a 19-17 win over Fulton-Middleton.

With four games left in the season, Bath needs three wins out of its next four games. Bath plays rival Laingsburg this Friday and then closes out the season with a three-game stretch that includes Dansville, Pewamo-Westphalia and Bronson.
