Ithaca’s boys cross country team was third on Sept. 4 at the Gratiot County Invitational.
Leading the Yellowjackets were Stephen Merchant, second in 17:16.69 and Alex Helms, sixth in 18:00.09.
John Lambrecht was 13th and Kaleb Baublitz 14th in 19:02.72 for Ithaca.
James O’Boyle was 17th in 19:36.44.
The Ithaca girls were also third.
Kurstin Kalisek led Ithaca by taking fifth in 21::09.22. Hannah Thayer was 10th and Kali Densmore 11th in 22:18.62. Vanessa Waldron was 13th in 22:46.28. Morgan Bablitz took 17th in 23:10.38.
