The Merrill Vandals continue their hot start to the season by defeating St. Charles 35-9 to improve to 2-0 for the season.
Junior quarterback Austin Glazier paced the Merrill offense as he complete four-of-nine passes for 146 yards and two touchdown passes. One of Glazier’s touchdown passes covered 78 yards to Tyler Aldrich. Aldrich finished the game with three catches for 117 yards.
Jordan Garchow led the ground game with 81 yards while Hunter DeBeau added 65 yards rushing.
Merrill returns to action Friday when it travels to Saginaw Michigan Lutheran Seminary.
