The Bath Bees opened the new football season in dramatic fashion with a 28-27 win on the road at Grand Rapids NorthPointe Christian.
Nick Preville scored the game-winning touchdown from nine-yards out in the fourth quarter. Preville totaled 120 yards rushing to lead the Bees attack and finished with two touchdowns. Dylan Moffitt added 71 yards on 25 carries and also scored a touchdown.
Bath returns to action Friday when it travels to Fulton-Middletonn.
