The high school ski season came to an end Monday with the state finals in Division 1 at Nub’s Nob and the Division 2 meet at Boyne Highlands.
In the boy’s Division 1 meet, Clarkston took first place followed by Marquette in second place and Traverse City West in third.
 Individually, Bobby Leddy of Saginaw Heritage led the way as he won both the Giant Slalom in 48.72 and the Slalom in 1:11.67.
Ryan Mess of Traverse City West took second in the Giant Slalom with Damon Rottermond of Detroit Catholic Central taking third.
Jake Martin of Grand Blanc placed 10th in the GS while 
Kalvis Thornburg of Traverse City Central took second in the Slalom with Mess placing third.
In Division 2, Petoskey won the team title with 66 points followed by Manistee witih 118 points and Cadillac with 121.
Individually, Thomas Waning of Maple City Glen Lake won the Giant Slalomo with a time of 58.86. John Briggs of Bloomfield Hills Cranbrook-Kingswood took second while Cole McCardel of Manistee was third.
In the Slalom, Stephan Siddall of Manistee claimed first with a time of 1:13.09 while Waning placed second and McCardel third.
In the girls Division 1 meet, Traverse City West took first place with 70 points followed by Traverse City Central and Marian in third place.
Kelsey Griffin of White Lake Lakeland won the girls D1 slalom with a time of 1:12.95. Abi Ellis of Lowell/Kenowa Hills/Comstock Park took second in 1:13.34 while Kelly Lunghamer of Bloomfield Hills Marian was third.
In the Giant Slalom, Marie Dohm of Lake Orion was first followed by Whitney Stilwell of Marquette and Mallory Slicker of Walled Lake Central. Abi Ellis of Lowell/Kenowa Hills/Comstock Park placed seventh.
In Division 2, Harbor Springs won the title with 91 points followed by Petoskey with 111 and Houghton with 140. 
Christina Rennie of Maple City Glen Lake won the Slalom in 1:12.20 followed by Nathalie Kenny of Manistee and Mandy Haferkorn of Kingsford.
