The Greenville Yellow Jackets boy’s tennis team picked up a big early-season tournament win as it won the six-team Polar Bear Invitational hosted by Grand Rapids Creston.
Taking first for Greenville in singles action were Peter Lindeman (No. 3 singles) and Peter Januzelli (No. 4 singles). In doubles action Alec Czanderna andA.J. Ebels (No. 2 doubles), Austin Somerfield and Keaton Johnson (No. 3 doubles) and Brett Hostetler and Jared Gager (No. 4 doubles) won titles.
Bring home second-place finishes were Torry Davis (No. 1 singles), Brandon Brom (No. 2 singles) and Tre Nelson and Austin McNeal (No. 1 doubles).
