Scored eight touchdowns from his running back position and averaged eight tackles per game as a starting linebacker for the unbeaten Chargers, who are ranked No. 1 in the state in Division 5

 

Stepped in to handle the punting and kicking duties when Powers’ regular kicker went out with an injury

 

Returned five kickoffs this season. including two down to the opponent’s five-yard line, and averaged 50 yards per kick return

 

Earned All-Genesee County honors as a defensive back last season and helped Powers win the Division 4 state title
