| MILLINGTON – The Millington Cardinal volleyball team hosted Carrollton for the home opener on Monday and came away with a 3-0 victory. The scores of the match were 25-13, 25-19, and 25-17.
Millington was led by Kate Cooper’s 14 kills, 12 assists, and nine digs. Hannah Bee’s had 13 digs and five blocks, Emily Martin had 19 assists and 10 digs. Chloe Bremer and Karsyn Payne had 11 digs apiece. Kenzie Trato had eight kills, while Haley Cain had seven kills. Millington (5-3, 3-2) will continure their homestand on Wednesday, October 7 when they host Michigan Lutheran Seminary. Match time is scheduled for 7:00 p.m. |
