Carrollton football coach Nathan Wotta is ready to take on a challenging schedule this fall.
“Top to bottom I feel that we have a VERY tough schedule filled with very good teams that are talented,” Wotta said. “Opening with at Garber, with a strong returning team is a great opener especially when they have one of the best players in the state in Vansumeren.
Then we travel to Flushing and they are coming off a good year, so we’re excited to really test where we are at against a solid large-school in the area. After that our conference is loaded with talented, especially the quarterbacks in our conference. Five of the quarterbacks in our conference were listed in a list of statewide small school Q’s to watch.
“Top to bottom, every week will be a well coached battle, and we are excited at the chance to play high-level competition.”
