Coach Seth LaBair of Michigan Lutheran Seminary: MLS pulled away from St. Louis in the fourth quarter and came away with a 45-25 win. The game was closer than the score shows. The Sharks hung around and had the lead below 10 in the fourth quarter. They played tough defense and made it really hard for MLS to get easy buckets. The Cardinals used a 13-2 fourth quarter to pull away. Cade Pestrue hit two threes and led St. Louis with 8 points. Max Nordlie led MLS with 13 points, while Ethan Mayeda chipped in with 12. A.J. Alcorn also added six assists and Logan Panow pulled down six rebounds for MLS. MLS plays at Ithaca on Tuesday.
