It was a battle of undefeated boys basketball teams on Friday with Shepherd improving to 5-0 with a 50-40 win over Freeland, 4-1. Joey Lynch had 13 points and six rebounds for Shepherd, while Matt Smith had 10 points and 11 boards and Trevor Crawford had 10 points and three rebounds.
