Big Rapids’ volleyball went 2-1 at Thursday night’s quad between Ludington, Reed City and Shelby.
Shelby score- (25-21,25-15), Reed City (25-22, 25-15); Ludington (21-25, 14-25)
“I’m proud of how the girls came out against Ludington after facing a little adversity,” Big Rapids coach Chelsea Nelson said. “They adjusted well and kept the game close.
“Against Shelby, our offense started to come alive. Between Eden Mason and Megan Mackall, we were tough on the net. Karli Hughes did a great job reading the court and finding the open spots. Grace Fath worked hard to place the ball in the setters wheelhouse, as always.”
