Junior Connor Arnold had 32 pts & 13 rebs.
Junior Dominic Beauchamp had 8 pts.
Junior Kam DeVrieze had 6 rebs.
Vestaburg:
Tanner Freeman had 23 pts.
It was a dog fight tonight. Vestaburg gave us all we could handle. We kind of struggled in the first half to get in a rhythm. The first half was just back & forth. We had several 3’s that just rattled out.
We’ve been a second half team all year & fortunately that was true again tonight. We started the 3rd quarter on a nice run and built a little lead. But Vestaburg fought tough and kept it close. We sealed the game with a pair of clutch Fts by both Logan Schochnesse & Connor Arnold.
Connor had a huge game for us and we needed all 32 of his points tonight. Their big post player Freeman really hurt us tonight. He was a beast in there.
We have two tough games next week! MPSH & Breckenridge, both at home.
We are now 7-5 (5-3 in MSAC). We host MPSH next Wednesday.
Coleman also won the JV game 55-30. Jaden Bovee had 15 pts.
