Richmond is back as Division 3 state champs after a 27-25 win over Dundee in Saturday’s title match at Kellogg Arena. Aaron Kilburn, Austin Pawlak, Devin Skatzka, Adam Boyd and Roy Costello and Connor Behem were winners for Richmond, 32-5.
